Let me share something personal with you. My journey into this work began with my own experiences navigating therapy spaces that didn't always understand my neurodivergent mind. As someone with ADHD and a complex inner world, I knew what it felt like to have parts of myself misunderstood or overlooked.
Through my own healing journey, I discovered something profound: the power of choosing mindfulness over control, calm over overthinking, and trust over fear. These weren't just concepts—they became the foundation of how I learned to navigate my neurodivergent mind and, eventually, how I guide others toward their own authentic healing.
From this deep personal work emerged the concept of Metanoia Perspective— a vision of somewhere we can not only heal but prevent traumatic experiences from taking root. I dreamed of creating a space that was calm and welcoming, somewhere people could feel safe enough to go beyond their fears to discover what lies beneath: their truth, YOUR truth.
This isn't just about healing—it's about discovering a completely new way of dealing with life's challenges. It's a new mindset that is both stronger and softer at the same time.
